OWNERSHIP OF EQUIPMENT: Ownership of all the equipment is retained by West Coast Spring Water Pty Ltd. Equipment consists of Refrigerated Spring water Dispensers, Point-Of-Use equipment, filters, filter housings, bottles, bottle racks, bottle cages, cup holders and any Point-Of-Sale material.
USAGE OF EQUIPMENT: The customer will use the equipment and Spring Water for business, personal, domestic or household purposes.
- All Spring Water Dispensers shall be used for the sole purpose of dispensing Spring Water supplied by West Coast Spring Water.
- All equipment must be placed and operated in a safe and sensible manner.
- All bottles cannot be used for any other liquid other than the Spring Water supplied by West Coast Spring Water Pty Ltd.
RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT: All Spring water Dispensers and Point-Of-Use equipment, filters are for rental purposes only and remain the property of West Coast Spring Water Pty Ltd. The standard is 12 months and automatically continues on each anniversary date of the Agreement, unless specified otherwise.
PAYMENT OF EQUIPMENT: Unless prior arrangements have been made with management, all hygienic condition; ensure all necessary care is taken to protect the equipment.
MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT: The Customer shall maintain the equipment in a clean and hygienic condition; ensure all necessary care is taken to protect the equipment.
GENERAL REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT: West Coast Spring Water P/L will undertake general repairs and replacements of equipment which has been installed and operated according to the Usage of Equipment.
DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT: The customer shall be responsible for the cost of replacement(s) or repair(s) of the equipment caused as a result of unusual fair wear and tear, tampering or alteration of the mechanical parts, negligence, misuse, fire, theft, loss or damage.
Lost, damaged & contaminated Bottles will be charged at $15.00 each – including GST.
CANCELLATION OF EQUIPMENT: The equipment rental continues until you “the customer” serves one month’s written notice to West Coast Spring Water P/L have the right to terminate this agreement and to remove the equipment on the occurrence of any of the following events:
- the customer fails to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
- the customer commits an act of bankruptcy, becomes bankrupt or is unable to pay its debts;
- the customer goes into liquidation;
- the customer ceased to carry on business.
COLLECTION OF EQUIPMENT: At the expiration, termination or cancellation of this Agreement, West Coast Spring Water P/L shall have the right to enter premises where the equipment is located and remove the equipment without any prior notice being given to the customer and West Coast Spring Water P/L shall not be held liable for any trespass, damage or otherwise. The customer must pay to West Coast Spring Water P/L all outstanding fees. Any remaining equipment rental will not be refunded if the Agreement is cancelled by the customer before the due expiry date.
GSN ON EQUIPMENT: All equipment is subject to GST except water. There is NO GST charged on Spring Water.
LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT: West Coast Spring Water recommends that equipment NOT be placed directly on timber flooring, if the customer places equipment on timber flooring any damage to the flooring is at the customer liability

These guys really are phenomenal. We've been receiving their water supplies for the past 15 months and I cannot fault them.
Punctual deliveries, super useful and convenient service, and a truly exceptional, responsive team in the back office.

They provided the water cooler, brought it to the premises, installed it and bring fresh water every fortnight, updating us 24 hours before any delivery date, and only charge for what we use.

When we forget to put our bottles out, a simple email or call and they show up a few hours later, and respond to emails within minutes.

I should add that, because this company collects and recycles the empty bottles each fortnight, our office is preventing a ton of waste plastic from hitting our landfills - which we feel great about.

If you need to ring them for any reason, they are lovely on the phone, and actually call back super quickly.

Great solution for our office, being based in the middle of Perth CBD - 10 stars!

When your daughter mentions that the water at Mummy's house is better than at Daddy's house you know your onto something good. If a 5yo can taste the difference in the water quality what's that say about what is coming out of our taps. Thanks for making the small changes I've made in our health easy. Delivery guy is always polite and happy to carry the bottles to where I store them. Staff, on the few times I've had to visit the Wangara office, are always polite. Really if you want to do something good for your family then Aussie Natural Spring Water is a no brainer. You won't regret the change.
