- By signing this application you hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions in this document.
- These terms and conditions apply to each and every order where West Coast Spring Water is supplied to you unless and until you are notified otherwise in writing.
- Payment in full for water supplied by West Coast Spring Water must be made in clear funds within 30 days after the date of invoice.
- Title to all of the water supplied to you by West Coast Spring Water under any order shall not pass to you until you have paid all monies in full that are owed to West Coast Spring Water at any time. In the meantime you shall take custody of the water and possess it only as the fiduciary agent and bailee of West Coast Spring Water, with the exception of 15lt bottles that always remain the property of West Coast Spring Water Pty Ltd.
- If you do not make payment to West Coast Spring Water for all water supplied to you when due, you must deliver up all of the water supplied to you as directed by West Coast Spring Water and furthermore, you irrevocably authorise West Coast Spring Water or it’s representatives to enter the premises where the water is situated and repossess it without liability.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may sell the water supplied to you by West Coast Spring Water to third parties in the ordinary course of business, but only as fiduciary agent of West Coast Spring Water. Pending any such re-sale, the water is to be kept separate, properly stored and fully protected.
- The proceeds you receive, whether direct or indirect, from any dealing with water as referred to in accordance with paragraph 6 above, will be received by you on trust for West Coast Spring Water, even during any period of credit.
- Any failure by West Coast Spring Water to insist on strict compliance with these terms and conditions or any delay by West Coast Spring Water in exercising its remedies will not constitute a variation or waiver of any of these terms or conditions or any remedy available to West Coast Spring Water.
- Standard Account is 30 Days from date of Invoice unless otherwise determined

These guys really are phenomenal. We've been receiving their water supplies for the past 15 months and I cannot fault them.
Punctual deliveries, super useful and convenient service, and a truly exceptional, responsive team in the back office.
They provided the water cooler, brought it to the premises, installed it and bring fresh water every fortnight, updating us 24 hours before any delivery date, and only charge for what we use.
When we forget to put our bottles out, a simple email or call and they show up a few hours later, and respond to emails within minutes.
I should add that, because this company collects and recycles the empty bottles each fortnight, our office is preventing a ton of waste plastic from hitting our landfills - which we feel great about.
If you need to ring them for any reason, they are lovely on the phone, and actually call back super quickly.

Best water, service and price! Dealt with Hayley through email who was efficient and friendly and Mary over the phone more recently to add more bottles to be delivered and she was easy to understand and prompt ! Love having good cold water in Perths summer heat and it’s made better when it’s so easy to access with their delivery service and the great customer service they provide.

When your daughter mentions that the water at Mummy's house is better than at Daddy's house you know your onto something good. If a 5yo can taste the difference in the water quality what's that say about what is coming out of our taps. Thanks for making the small changes I've made in our health easy. Delivery guy is always polite and happy to carry the bottles to where I store them. Staff, on the few times I've had to visit the Wangara office, are always polite. Really if you want to do something good for your family then Aussie Natural Spring Water is a no brainer. You won't regret the change.
